My life experience is one of dreams realized, hardships endured, triumphs over personal struggles, keeping the faith and ultimately attaining enlightenment. This not-so-ordinary story lives in my heart and thrives deep at my core. It compels me to help others. I believe what I have learned has the potential to change lives. When I entering the world, my mother proclaimed: "my child is full of joy." She described me as smiling, giggling and demonstrating an impenetrable zest for life. I am that happy daughter, sober twenty-five years, 4-star tennis player. But I am also an internationally renowned supermodel, successful talent agent, a coach and mentor to many successful models, a loving wife and mother. Somewhere between the joy and innocence of childhood and the chaos and success in modeling, I found my center, who I truly am... my Self! I would love to help you find your center, help you with your goals, your direction and your happiness!

What is a Life Coach?
A life coach is a professional who helps you reach a goal or make a change in your life where needed. They help you to get out of your head and start taking action. A life coach guides you through the process by decide which steps to take in order to reach your goal or make an important change. Then they play the important roles of motivator, strategist and accountability partner. Their goal is to help you reach your goal in the most efficient, effective and rewarding way possible. Life coaches are more than just a counselor or consultant, they help you through the achievement process.
A life coach is a source of motivation and inspiration that gives you the push you need to reach your full potential. You might hire a life coach for similar reasons that you would hire a personal trainer for. You may already be fit, but have specific goals that need more guidance and pushing to in order to accomplish them, or maybe you are overweight or feeling sluggish and know you need motivation and encouragement from outside of yourself to make a significant change.
Life coaches are like personal trainers but for your goals. They have the professional training and mindset that is needed to coach you towards your dream life. They are with you every step of the way, helping you find ways to stay on track and motivated to accomplish those goals and so much more.
Part consultant, part motivational speaker, part therapist and part rent-a-friend, coaches work with managers, entrepreneurs, and just plain folks, helping them define and achieve their goals — career, personal, or most often, both.
Why does life coaching work?
Coaches have the ability to view things from afar — in what some call ‘helicopter vision’ — and to shed new light on difficult situations. Often they can act as a sounding board through tough decisions, help sharpen skills, and motivate.
