Model • Scout • Advocate • Podcast Host

For more than three decades, Kim Alley has worked across every side of the modeling industry—as a model, agent, scout, mentor, entrepreneur, podcast host, and advocate. Her unique perspective comes from firsthand experience navigating both the opportunities and challenges of the fashion and entertainment worlds.

After beginning her modeling career as a teenager, Kim spent years working in major markets and building relationships throughout the industry. She later transitioned into agency management, talent development, and scouting, helping aspiring models understand the realities of the business while connecting them with some of the world's most respected agencies.

As the founder of Kim Alley Models, LLC, Kim has spent more than twenty years developing and placing talent while educating models and families about the industry. Her work has led to placements with leading agencies, including Ford Models, IMG Models, Wilhelmina, Elite, and other top agencies throughout the United States and internationally. Today, she continues to scout and develop new talent while working with agencies and industry professionals across the country.

Kim is also the creator and host of the podcast Model Secrets, where she explored the realities of the modeling industry through honest conversations and personal stories. Building on that foundation, she launched Unfiltered: The Modeling Industry, a podcast dedicated to revealing the real truth about the modeling world through open, candid discussions with models, agents, photographers, casting directors, parents, advocates, and other industry insiders.

Beyond scouting and talent development, Kim has become a passionate advocate for positive change within the modeling industry. Drawing from her own experiences and the stories shared by countless others, she works to promote greater transparency, accountability, education, and protection for models. She believes that success in modeling should never come at the expense of personal safety, dignity, or well-being.

Today, Kim's mission extends beyond discovering new faces. She is helping lead important conversations about the future of modeling—encouraging a healthier, safer, and more ethical industry for the next generation. Through advocacy, education, mentorship, public speaking, and podcasting, she continues to use her voice to support models and create meaningful change.

Whether scouting talent, interviewing industry leaders, mentoring aspiring models, or speaking out on critical issues, Kim remains committed to one goal: helping shape a modeling industry that values both opportunity and humanity.
